You are granted permission to access and use this Site and its Content solely for the purpose of preparing, evaluating, and ordering products or services through 777sign.com ("Products"). No other download, retention, use, publication, or distribution of any portion of the Content is authorized or permitted. Obtaining Products from 777sign.com does not entitle you to use any portion of the Content apart from the finished Products as they are supplied by 777sign.com.

You agree to use this Site in a responsible manner that is in full compliance with these Terms of Use and with your local laws and regulations, including export and import regulations. 777sign.com may terminate its service to customers found to be using the Site to engage in undesirable activities.

Refund Policy

There will be no refunds for any reason. All merchandise sold by 777Sign is sold as-is without any guarantee. Products will constantly change and upgrade. For all products, once used, there will be no refunds, replacements, or reprints for any reason. The same-day fee is non-refundable.

It is the customer's responsibility to check the quality of the received product. All quality issues must be notified to us within the five-day grace period if they need to be returned, reprinted, or replaced. By making a purchase with 777sign, you confirm that you have read and understood our no-refund policy. All sales are final, and a 20% restocking fee will be applied for cancellations, returns, or refunds.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel an order you have placed with 777sign, you must contact customer support via email at info@777sign.com or by phone at 702-754-5052. This must be done before the file is sent to the printer. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled.

Delivery / Shipping Policy

We reserve the right to update and revise the Shipping Policy without prior notice to reflect changes in our policies, services, and customer feedback. 777sign ships all packages via UPS or FedEx. Our standard shipping level is Ground, but you may select an alternative method during the ordering process. All orders are shipped FOB shipping point, meaning ownership and risk transfer to you once the print products are delivered to the shipping carrier.

Color Quality

777 Sign guarantees that its prints will meet CMYK industry standards. We cannot guarantee "match-print" color fidelity and cannot prevent slight color shifts throughout an order. Because we cannot control the color reproduction of a customer's monitor, we cannot guarantee that the actual print color will precisely match any preview as it appears on your monitor.

Payment

All prices and dollar amounts on this Website are in United States dollars. 777sign.com presently accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We reserve the right to stop accepting credit cards from one or more issuers.

Return Policy

Orders are nonrefundable more than five days after the date of receipt. Shipping fees for returning merchandise are the customer's responsibility. Items being returned must be in their original packaging in new condition for a full credit to be issued. Please send any returns to our address printed on your invoice with an indication of the reason for the return.

Warranty / Exchanges

No warranty or exchanges are available for orders five days after the purchase date. Shipping fees and any price differences are the customer's responsibility. The warranty agreement does not cover damage or loss due to weather.
